1.1 We sell fresh, seasonal vegetables and produce grown and sourced by our farm.
1.2 Due to the natural nature of fresh produce:
- Size, shape, colour and weight may vary.
- Weights stated are approximate.
- Varieties may differ from the ones stated in our website.
- Images on our website are for illustration only.
1.3 Availability varies according to season, harvest conditions, and weather.
1.4 We reserve the right to substitute items in your order or veg box with items of equal or greater value and quality where necessary.
2.1 All prices are in GBP.
2.2 Payment is taken at the time of order unless the customer is a member whereby subscription payment is taken in advance via direct debit, in 6 monthly payments.
2.3 Six (6) monthly payments via direct debit do not automatically renew and can be cancelled at any time subject to 3 weeks’ notice via email. The 1st monthly payment is due on the 1st of May and the last payment is taken on the 1st of October for a given calendar year.
2.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. This does not apply to members who have already purchased their “Bounties” and set up 6 direct debit payments.
2.5 Deposit payments to secure membership slot are non-refundable but count towards the direct debit balance of members. We may, at our discretion, offer full refund. This will be decided on a case by case basis and only considered if the membership slot can be given to someone else.
2.6 In the event that we cannot deliver the full pre-paid produce for members, we reserve the right to offer the deficit in future orders subject to availability instead of offering a refund.
3.1 We deliver only to the areas listed below, other areas will be considered on a case by cased basis. AB15 4xx, AB15 5xx, AB15 6xx, AB15 7xx, AB15 8xx, AB15 9xx, AB16 5xx, AB16 6xx, AB16 7xx, AB21 7xx, AB21 9xx, AB21 0xx, AB25 1xx, AB25 2xx, AB25 3xx, AB10 1xx, AB10 6xx, AB10 7xx, AB11 6xx, AB11 7xx, AB13 0xx, AB14 0xx, AB22 8xx, AB32 6xx, AB32 7xx, AB31 4xx, AB31 5xx.
3.2 Customers are offered a delivery day. We reserve the right to deliver on a different day than the one offered.
3.3 You must ensure access to the delivery address during the offered day.
3.4 You may provide instructions for a safe place for delivery if you are not home.
4.1 If you are not present, we will leave the produce in the safe place specified, or in a reasonable safe location at the property.
4.2 Once the order has been delivered to the address or safe place, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
4.3 We are not liable for spoilage, damage, or theft once delivery has been completed.
5.1 If we are unable to deliver due to:
- No access to the property
- Incorrect address details
- Unsafe conditions for delivery
the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be due.
5.2 We may, at our discretion, offer redelivery at additional cost.
6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, fresh perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period once delivered.
6.2 Orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded after the order window closes.
7.1 If produce arrives damaged or spoiled, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
7.2 You may be asked to provide photographs.
7.3 We will, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement.
7.4 We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Crop failure
- Disease or pest damage
- Vehicle breakdown
- Fuel shortages
- Staff illness
In such cases, we may substitute items, delay delivery, or cancel orders if necessary.
9.1 We operate in accordance with UK food hygiene regulations.
9.2 Customers are advised to wash all produce before consumption.
9.3 Customers should store produce appropriately upon delivery to maintain freshness.
10.1 Goods purchased in person at markets or events are considered accepted at the point of sale, as customers have the opportunity to inspect items.
10.2 Refunds are only offered for faulty goods.
11.1 Our liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be limited by law.
